Under Contract

As of yesterday at 7:00 p.m., our house is now "under contract," to be sold on May 15! Yeah for us! And just in time. . . we're trying to close on our construction loan by this coming Tuesday, the day before the subdivision is foreclosed on and goes to auction. We meet with the builder today to red-line the plans, and then we have to get an appraisal done by Tuesday, which may be nearly impossible. Wish us luck and keep praying for us!
